By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using the phchas platform (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in full and agree to be bound by them, together with the phchas Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules that may be published by phchas from time to time.

phchas reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, phchas will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via email or in-platform notification before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the phchas Service after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Service.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to phchas customer support for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism as applicable. Should PAGCOR dispute resolution fail to achieve resolution, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
